Woodlaine Digital Solutions Ltd, the owner-operators of our digital entertainment platform have exciting opportunities for WEBSITE COMPLIANCE MODERATORS to join our growing team.
Our digital entertainment platform, established in 2003, has grown organically over the last 18 years offering its 300,000 active monthly members live services, content distribution and advertising. With a re-envisioning of the entire platform well underway and a desire to enter new markets, our Team is growing fast.
The role is full time at WDS’ HQ in Limassol, Cyprus with the flexibility in home working.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring of all aspects of the site to ensure compliance with the website User Agreement.
- Assisting with customer support through Help Centre and Live Chat.
- Verification and due diligence documentation.
- Processing transactions/payments and dealing with fraudulent activity
Normal Place of Work
Limassol, Cyprus but also from home or remotely as required/ necessary.
Days & Hours to be worked
Monday to Sunday, 37,5 hours Flexible working.

Key Skills:
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- a high level of English language skills effective communication techniques and works well within a team environment
- An aptitude for understanding IT / website related problems
- a proficiency at using all Office apps including analysis of large datasets using Excel would be advantageous. Full training will be provided.
